This platform is independent of schools and does not make the final choice for parents. We organize scattered official information into searchable, comparable and traceable records, and clearly identify what remains unknown.
What application statuses mean
The school website has announced a future opening date, but applications have not yet started.
No current online application channel has been found, but an official telephone number or clear enquiry method is available.
The school has explicitly stated that this round has ended, or the official deadline has passed.
There is insufficient evidence to determine the status. This does not mean applications are closed or that the school has no places.
Automated checks found a major change, conflicting sources or an unexpected page; human verification is pending.

Daily checks and human verification
The system checks registered official pages for each school daily, keeps immutable original snapshots, and compares content and structural changes. The absence of an application channel never automatically marks applications as closed.
Changes between open and closed, deadline changes, conflicting official sources, low parsing confidence, or pages requiring login or a CAPTCHA enter human review. Reviewers must explain their decisions; the system retains the decision time, evidence and operator record.
Limits of rankings and Band information
The Education Bureau does not publish an official ranking of all Hong Kong primary schools. Unofficial rankings show their source and year separately. Secondary school Band information must explain its evidence and cannot be inferred from primary school reputation, secondary school relationships or a single ranking.
Understanding update times
“Last checked” is the last time the system successfully read the source, rather than the time the school updated it. If a page cannot be read, its public status is not silently overwritten; administrators check source health.
Analytics and privacy
You can choose whether to allow Google Analytics. Only after your consent do we load Google's analytics script and allow analytics cookies to understand public page visits. Google processes the network and device information needed for the connection. Rejecting analytics does not affect search, filters or school comparison.
Page addresses sent by this website exclude search terms, filter parameters and comparison lists. Admin tokens are never provided to analytics. Analytics is disabled in the admin console, local previews and offline files. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics and deletes this website's Google Analytics cookies; data already sent is not automatically deleted.
